Upon arrival to our yard, machine was completely stripped for power washing

Machine was inspected visually & operationally

Engine oil filter was cut open - clean

Transmission filter was cut open - clean

Hydraulic filter was cut open - clean

Axle oils were checked - levels good & oil clean

Replaced transmission & hydraulic oils

The following pressures were taken to ensure within OEM spec;

Repaired air suspension in seat

REBUILT seat suspension 

Installed NEW front wiper blade

Installed NEW washer pump

Line bored lower bucket bores & installed NEW pins & bearings

Installed NEW pins & bearings on tilt links

Line bored all 4 steering bores & installed bushings

Installed NEW pins & bearings in steering cylinders

Serviced parking brake

Installed NEW front mud flaps

Installed NEW coolant tank

Installed 4 NEW batteries

Installed NEW hydraulic accumulator

Installed NEW CAT base edge on bucket

Completed miscellaneous minor repairs on machine

This unit is ready to go to work.
